jigsaw is kind of right, this practice was used to prevent boys from masterbating, curcumsized boys has to use lubricants to masterbate unlike the uncurcumsized. It is proven that the forskin helps the penis head, the skin, soft and prevent build up of dead cells. basically sayin it prenvent it from looking like your regular skin. the foreskin keep the head wet and sensitive.
