ummm i am 17 years old and i dont know if i have hit puberty yet cause i still have no hair on my penis and no under arm hair and a really small penis,and a pretty high pitch voice and no leg hair and im really self concious about it.......is it normal?

12-18 is the age range for boys to go through puberty, so you are on the upper end of the scale, still normal. 10-15 is the range for girls. You will probably begin within the next year. It does suck when piers go through it early and others are at a disadvantage in the social arena. Be patient.
