You can be addicted to many things and that included cough drops. All that sugar is really unhealthy for you, both your teeth and body. If you keep it up you'll increase your chance of having diabetes. Try substituting sugarless chewing gum for the cough drops. It will keep your mouth preoccupied and lessen the urge to pop another cough drop.
ok, just moderate it then. I don't trust anything that is sugarless in large quantities. Those sugar substitutes consumed in large quantities not safe. Try the sugarless chewing gum.

Try cutting down. Don't get the large bags and only keep a few with you.
If it was an addiction there would be harm. At this point I don't think you are poisoning yourself or would become sick if you stopped.
I have to say they are more tempting to take (even when not needed) than weed is (in my opinion) :p Hell I would rather have some cough drops right now than some weed (although I currently have neither >.>)
