Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Do you feel the same?
When people try to help you with your problems and say 'everythings okay, just get up and try again.' Honestly, i've tried doing that and it's much easier to say then it is to actually do it. So put yourself in the person's shoes your giving advice too. And ask yourself, 'is it really that easy to give up? To move on?'

Of course much easier said than done. People just trying to give encouragement and are well intentioned. A lot of the advice is based on years of experience and having gone through similar experiences.
Some people need a little encouragement, some people need a swift kick in the ass. The best we can do over the internet is try for encouragement.
They only say that because most of peoples problems can be lived through. I'm sure they thought your problems wouldn't lead to the end of the world. Thats how I handle my own problems, things could be worse.
yep
It's a lot of bullshit when people say that. That really isn't helping. I think it's just something people feel they have to say, but don't put their heart into it. However, if you've been to told to get up and move on many, many times, do it!
i use to think that as well, i use to be like oh fuck off but then i actually tried and they stood by me and it all turned out for the best. it is hard to move on from things or try things that are challenging for you, but in the end you will become a better person. so they are trying to help so what? it just shows that they care about you.
