I binge then starve

I will eat and eat and eat for days at a time, realize I am gaining weight, and then fast for as long as possible. If I can't fast I pop diet pills like a fiending horse. I don't know the effects on my body but somehow through this chaos I maintain a reasonable weight. I don't know anyone else who does this to themselves.
Do you think it's normal?

i used to do something similar like that. its not fun and i know its not good for you either. so i suggest you try to eat reasonable proportions daily cause its the only way you could maintain your weight in a healthy way. goodluck.
Instead of fasting, try eating very small portions several times a day, and cut out all junk. It will give your body energy and stop the food cravings. An apple a day and sipping water throughout also works wonders.

i'll have a time when im really hungry and i'll eat not alot but more than i usually would, i might gain like a couple of pounds but thats it, then i'll have a time when i dont eat hardly anything and i'll lose the weight i put on and more.

loaddds of girls do shit like this. i have weird eating habits myself.

doing this can have serious longterm damage- it could mean you won't be able to have children even. (it can stop your periods for long periods of time, or even forever)
