Nobody can predict when a girl will get her first period. A non-menstruating girl could be ovulating the very moment she is having sex, would never know it, (may think she is unfertile but wrongly so) and neither would her partner realize this, since she hasn't had her first period yet. Are you asking "can you get pregnant before you've had your first period"? The answer is YES, as Sisophous said you could be ovulating and thus get pregnant. Always use protection!!!

But im asuming that you were asking that to find out if you could get pregnant? so im saying you got your answer but i think you should abstain from having sex until you're older.

no, you will get your period some day. the time you would worry about being un-fertal is around 16/17/18-ish because then is a time you should see a doctor.

I misunderstood the original poster. ieatapples is spot on. Girls generally should get their period sometime between ages 10-15. If you haven't by age 16 or 17 you should see a doctor. There is no need to worry at this time.

I was early, a week before my 11th birthday, and that was weird. Most of my friends didn't get theirs until 15, then still a few others not until 17 or so. You're in good shape.

It's natural to worry about whether or not you will be able to concieve (pretty much from the time you know that women are capable of having children). Don't feel silly about it. You'll start when you least expect it. BELIEVE me! Good luck!

you are to young to have sex ,go and live life or by the time your 15 you be having kids,wait till you get older sex can come later.

13 isnt all that late yet.if you are very athletic or have a low body weight that can delay the start of a period.but i wouldnt worry about not starting for a while yet.it has nothing to do with being fertile-even women of child bearing age who cant have women have their periods.

you can still have a period, being infertile....a girl can have her first period at 16, or as early as 9... people with no period have no ovaries or are pregnant
