I think so, frankly I could care less when celebritries, sports figures, musicians, politicians pass on. If I didn't know the person directly, I really don't care. The media is now getting a lot of mileage out of former President Gerald Ford's passing and I don't understand why. The man was never even elected to the Presidency, got there by default when Nixon was impeached, and accomplished absolutely nothing while in office.

Yeah its crap how humans appear to get into some sort of a "he was such a good man" coma when somebody dies.

It's kinda sad because a life has ended , but he did many cruel and bad thing to his country and people... he realy deserves it

And GW senior for killing 200000 in Iraq.
And Ronald Reagan for supporting Saddam Hussein with billions of dollars worth of weapons and direct financial aid in exchange for waging a war against iran.

A lot of world leaders should have been hanging there with him.

Saddam does deserve his death, but then again as Mirmir says so do many world leaders.

Personally, I believe he should just be imprisoned; all his death is going to do is anger the rest of his followers which is only going to result in more deaths and acts of terrorism.

Also, does no one see suspicion in the fact that Saddam is going to be killed so soon? Loads of people can sit on death row for years. The only reason his death is coming so quickly is so that he can not be tried for the mass murder of the Kurds during the Iraq-Iran war. The reason for this is our governments do not want the truth being brought up during court proceedings and shown all over the world that it was in fact the British and American government that aided Saddam in the war by giving him weapons and information.

The whole thing is a fucking puppet show.

Hitler did absolutely not kill everyone,
as a matter of fact he sent 200.000 troops in order to help the Finns defend from the Soviet Invasion(november 1939) of their country.
It wasnt until the allies had threatened to destroy Finnland were they not going to deny help from Germany that the Finns told the germans they had to leave and that they would have to fight the Soviet Union alone.

Also, life in France, Denmark and Norway was fine while being occupied by Germany.
Pretty much the same as being occupied by the allies.

And "Saddam killed his own people" is bullshit for the british created the iraqi borders to begin with, and the iraqi borders are such that many different people are forced to be in the same country without ever having wanted it to be so in the first place.
It was a strategic move by the British to weaken the area so that it would be easier to manipulate in the future.

To add on that, Germany absolutely never bombed hospitals.
That was a something the allies learned rapidly
leading them to systematically hide in hospitals amongst pasients while invading germany because they knew Hitler would never bomb them there.
That was off course not the case in Iraq where the Americans murdered thousands of patients with their machine working on convincing us on how "great" this whole thing was.
Forgetting the difference in need of actually commiting this crime where Germany was literally dying and the usa in iraq is just doing this to profit a few men within the country.

But this is just according to the discovery channel and im sure the American propoganda ministry can inform us better, like they have done so successfully before.

I've never supported the death penalty so I don't think Sadaam shouldn't have been hanged. He should have been given a fair trial and life in prison and pay of the family of the victims he manslaughtered. But I guess it wouldn't make a difference if he was alive or not. I guess it is normal to not give a shit because its not happening to you or anyone close to you. But it could make you think.
