If your willing to risk your friendship then sit her down and tell her how you feel. Maybe not that you love her, but tell her you've had feelings for her for quite sometime and see how she reacts. Then plan your next move.

i told a girl who i was best friends who i lived for a year at collge i liked her. i thought we had a really good friendship and could tell her anything i was wrong and she turned weird after telling her i had to live with her for another year aswell. but you never know so if youre willing to risk the relationship do it if its cutting you up and need to get it of youre chest.
