I have a habit. Every time I'm stressed I crack my wrists. The stress relief is immediate and I feel good again. However, they are starting to hurt more like when its cold and stuff. I find it really difficult to resist the temptation seeing as I feel good almost immediately after. Is there another way of relieving stress without resorting to this. I really feel that causing myself a little pain makes me feel a helluvalot better. What can I do instead. Get a girl to spank me?

I've got an idea: Do some drugs, they'll relieve stress.
