It's not that we can't be happy for you, it's just that most of us are wary. Most people don't marry their high school sweethearts under more traditional settings. It's getting even rarer as communication (like the internet) changes the world. You will change, and if this guy is still right for you in 30 years, then you are lucky. The other thing is that the internet does have some predators who pretend to be someone they are not to lure people into a sexual relationship.
