WEIGHT HELP

Hi, i am 16 year old, male and about 8 months ago i used to weigh 18.3 stone. over the 8 months i have lost 5 stone so now i weigh 13 stone and i am wandering should i join a gym because now its not fat, its just mainly skin and would joining the gym help me tone up my chest etc.

I have no experience in such an area but have a link that may be of help. It covers this topic and has input from people who went through the same type situation you explain. Excess skin can be hard to get rid of. I knew a guy in high school who lost about 150lbs, and his loose skin was just disgusting. I think that it's vitamin E that's supposed to help tone up your skin but I can't remember. It's been a long time since I've been bored enough to spend time reading magazine articles meant for women.
Uhm, work out anyway. Climb trees for six fucking months and you'll be fine. Bitches in America like baggy pants, not baggy skin.

i lost a lot of weight and i bought vitimin E gel capsules, poked a safety pin in them, squeezed out the juice and rubbed on about four on a night, for six months. now I have tight skin with really faint reminders of stretch marks.
and if you didnt know, the american's language is stupid.... we park on the driveway, drive on the parkway, pay for the freeway..... and i could go on..
Unfortunately a large weight loss often results in excess skin. Some of this can be remedied by doing weight training, but not all. To be honest, there is not a lot you can do other than have cosmetic surgery.
