Does my Friend have feelings for me?
Ok i'm 19 now, but i met this girl when i was 14, at 1st we both found eachother attractive but after talking it came about we both liked eachother abit more. But i asked her out too late and that was it, she had moved on. Took me a while but i got other it aswell being quite young i weren't too bothered. So we stayed good friends, we were really close
But I didn't see her for about a year and half from 16 to 18 years old. And i moved on once again. But then she got in contact with me just after my 18th birthday, turns out she'd had a bf for about a Year. But she was really keen on meeting up and talking to me and that. And all of a sudden she split up with her bf.
Anyway on her 18th birthday she had a party and it was a good night all round, ended it with giving her just a kiss on the lips, being a bit drunk aswell. But the day after she seemed all bent out of shape because of it. So i sorted it out, and asked her if she wondered what it was like to kiss me, blah blah. So we went out, and still just being friends, making that totally clear. We started kissing, constantly every week for about a Month, but after each time she'd be all funny, 1st asking if i thought she was a tart (which she really isn't at all). Then sayin she thinks i love her or something (which i don't). And in the end we never really talked about it and stopped. But we'd meet up as friends n just have a laugh, but were not as close as when were younger.
Anyway, i get the feeling she holds stuff back from me, things are just a bit wierd at times, i get this strange vibe. Last time we met before she went off to Uni, i gave her 1 last kiss, and off she was, and we havn't spoken since.
She sometimes ignores my txt's and just only seems to see me when she wants. Its just wierd because she's a really good girl, brought up proper n everything. And well, i try and be a nice guy, but i've always been discrimated because of my family and not having a lot of money, even tho thats not the case anymore. I wonder if she is ashamed of me or has feelings for me and thats why she is wierd at times.
The question is, what the hell is going on? Any idea on how she feels? And why is it only started to really confuse me lately?

Some people have relationships that are ones of convenience, not of strong feelings or what they would consider potentially permanent, long term relationships.
If a girl sometimes ignores your texts it could be you are sending her too many and bothersome or she may simply not be interested in replying. She may in fact enjoy your company but unsure of what she wants.
Best approach is to lower your expectations and back off. To guess what is going on in a girls mind can be nerve wracking and is counter productive to your health. Speaking to her and asking her face to face should give you an answer, it may drive her away, but that too would be your answer, so would no response.
I've been through what you describe and put a stop to it since I will not tolerate being played. Not sure if you are being played but it seems that way from your story. Good luck to you.
