I cuss too much

I'm 14 and I think I cuss too much. every other sentence I say has some form of sexual slang or just pure bad language. My parents are way too sensitive about this. I'm afraid I might slip and accidentally cuss em out. my dad is too harsh for every single time I cuss at him, he'll send me military school for a year. I just can't censor myself. is this normal?
