That's a new question never came across before. I suppose if you are of legal age to consent to sex, then age of your partner is not a factor. In some states it may be legal only if the person is within a year or two of your age, otherwise it could have a higher age to be legal. Most of it is clear though, if you are of a particular age, it is legal regardless of the other person's age. Here's the link I share over and over, it may give you more info on it. You likely already viewed it. Be aware that sex brings about many problems, one of which the young overlook and find out later, it's called emotional attachments that result from intimacy.

Once you are old enough to legally consent, as long as your partner is also old enough to consent it doesn't matter how old they are. You could go fuck a 100-year-old if you wanted to.

Roger explained it precisely. Just be careful in whom you hang around. Friends you make over the internet may in fact be a lethal threat, not to be trusted and not to ever meet. There are all sorts of people out there, some are evil so show caution. I'm a guy who is more than capable of defending myself yet will never pick up a hitchhiker while driving, even if it is a cute woman, I'll keep driving, it's too risky if someone is intent on doing harm. Not to say you are a whore or slut or what ever this fools want to call ou, but, you do need to hold off on sex until you do it with the right person. There is nothing wrong with waiting and besides if you don't have sex it's a h,,, of a lot harder to get STDs so consider that! Also, partners if you intend to have sex witha school mate be prepared for everyone to know your business!

there's no law that says you have to be a certain age to have sex. You can have sex at 8 if you wanted. There are laws that prohibit you from having sex with people that are within a certain age. Each state has their own, they usually range from 15-17, most countries consider 18 to be legal to do whatever they want. You can look up the laws of consent in your state. I'm sure you can find that online somewhere. I heard of a 19 y/o being charged with rape for having sex with a 17 y/o. I live in New York so I don't know about your state. But I suggest you think about what you're doing, make sure you will be able to face any consequences that might come out of having sex. Ask yourself if you can handle that.
