You should be able to observe when it is a good time to make a move on a girl. There is no scripted method but a girl will most often send signals that the act is welcome. Long gazes in your eyes when you get close to her is one such welcoming signal. Innocuous touching by the girl on the guy (such as putting her fingers on your arm or shoulder) is another signal she wants more than just talk. Another hint is if she back away when you get close to her, that is a sign of discomfort and best not to even attempt a kiss.

Obviously, if you do go about it, make sure the place is private, preferably quiet, peaceful and if possible, romantic. Girls place a great importance on romantic settings and it is often a good place to make a move. If you choose poorly and she gets offended just blow it off, no big deal. Take her to a romantic quiet place and simply ask her for a kiss. As Sisophous said if she says no blow it off dont apologise, you are seeing her after all. She may even ask why you are asking....but your answer should be along the lines, you liking her alot but not wanting to be presumptuous. You know chivalry and all that.

It is surprising how well route 1 often works.

how deep are u guys? if u aint holding hands yet, try not to kiss, first hold hands with her to make her feel that ur there for her and make her feel secure. keep dating and make the relationship deeper and deeper, if its that time. find a quiet and romantic place , then talk and make her laugh/smile(but not cracking up,) then see her body language to see if shes comfertable, then smile , if she smiles back, and make this slowly, close ur eyes a lil and get close to her,if she does the same thing,mwahh Congratz =) goodluck man =)
