the company sucks

The company I work for gave us a lower payrise than we asked for and since then I've reduced the amount of work I do and increased downtime between jobs as a form of revenge.Is this normal?

I am with ^ this guy, but I would suggest they be fart bombs. And that you should leave as soon as they go off cause they kinda stink. Jesus build my hotrod.

Okay these above comments won't really be very helpful to you if you have this problem I'm afraid...

What I suggest is to work maybe. If you want that payrise, prove yourself to your bosses so that they know you are worth more. If you aren't working, then surely you will never get a payrise..

I still reccomend the piss thing. it is sick and revengeful. And people pull my hair a lot. My company is jealous of my hair.

haha that reminds me, one time I got fired for, as they like to put it "hitting my boss", haha it was a total misunderstanding, I was late to work, yeah like 8 hours late and my boss said "Can I talk to you?" and I told her "Why don't you suck my d*ck?" and well, she took it the wrong way.... but yeah your situation is totally normal
