My God! I get that too. An area of the footpath outside my house always smells like fried chicken. There is no chicken store in the area and I doubt people are frying chicken at 9 in the morning. Also the stairwell in my building has a new and interesting smell every day. Sometimes it is obviously someone's cooking, but the other day it was Strawberries. Always a good smell. Not like the building across the way. Their stairs smell terrible all the time. I'm so glad I live in A Block.

Make a note of where you are when you smell these odors. Keep a journal. You may see a connection to the places you are and the smells.

In fact, people with epilepsy report smelling strange and particular odors right before having a seizure event. Granted you didn't mention that and you have seizures but it was worth mentioning.

never heard of such a condition. As long as you smell good things then i suppose it isn't that bad to smell random things throughout the day.
