Girl problem

I like this girl in my high school and shes the most hottest girl in my grade. I was recently at a party and I was drinking, me and her got to talking about her ex boyfriend and I said I knew a couple things about him and her that she didnt know that her boyfriend told me, so me and her went in a dark room alone where we were talking and I thought it was a perfect time to kiss her but there was too many people there and people were coming in and out of the room to see what we were doing. I later found out that one my best friends is related to her said that she wanted to make out with me. I dont know how to approach her because I think she still has feelings for her ex boyfriend even though she says that she hates him. I like her and I dont know if she likes me.
