Does he like me or what?

I know this guy, and I go to school with him (but I dont have any classes with him).
I go to the library after school everyday, and he will come and sit alone with me at the table and talk to me. Is that just friendship or does he actually like me?
I mean, hes a shy guy, and he hasnt really pulled any flirting moves (Im sure he probably doesnt know any anyways).
So, really, what does this mean?

Sounds to me he likes you for approaching you and talking to you. I'm assuming you are a girl, so if a boy approaches a girl there is more than likely attraction of some kind. If he just wants to chat, he could talk to a guy to do that. Just my guess from your story.

If you like him, you can take the lead since he is shy and get together sometime over the weekend during the daytime. I bet he will accept.

Im a guy and this guy kind of reminds me of myself. I can tell u that there isn't anything that i hate more than having to make the first move. Girls are equally responsible for a relationship as a guy, so i would say ask him out or at least drop some hints for the guy, if u like him. If u don't then tell him in a non-forward way that u don't. He sounds like a nice guy though.

How can you expect people to tell from such limited information. Their comments should not be taken for certain. Although I will say it is very common for guys to do that if they like a girl. It is as difficult for him to tell you that he likes you as it would be for you to tell him, perhaps more. Secondly I can tell you that if he likes you, you have no idea who he is right now. He may not be shy in the least only around you.

If you don't know him that well then yes defnitely an attraction, I am a guy so I know I would not sit whith some girl alone if i dont like her, not when youre a schoolboy anyway.
I say you start giving him a few hints that you like him too and then he will build confidence too ask you out.

He likes you as a friend, and he may be in love with you. If you feel the same way about him, take the initiative, but do it subtly.

Looking back on my life I regret the times I may have had a chance with someone wonderful, but I did nothing about it.

figure out if he is attracted to you. Try out some "hypothetical" questions. If you feel a positive reaction, give him a hug, rub your cheek on his and slide in for a kiss. A woman I wasn't attracted to tried this on me and it almost worked, and it was really easy for her to back out of once she figured I wasn't interested. This stuff always sucks...I hope this helps.
