Ok, besides being around ANY girl, whether i like her or not, I am shy. Normally I am one of the most talkative people you will ever meet with a good personality and humor and all that junk.

Only problem is, whenever i get around any girl I can talk to her and all, but if I like her, I don't really know how to flirt. I am 15 and so I have seen a majority of the things guys do and my friend even helped me out a bit by giving my scenarios when girls are around and what to do with it. I really need to know how to because I have noticed that girls won't date a guy who doesn't flirt no matter how much they like him.

You can either go the "confident and outgoing" route or the "pensive mysterious" route. Its easier to make good first impressions using a prepared template of how to act. Then when she gets to know you, she will find out who you really are, and girls feel special when you open up to them a little bit at a time.

I use to be the shyest person you could ever imagine. I know everyone says that but you`ll grow out of it. Just get pumped up before you talk to her, be like slick and stuff. I get my cool from watching movies and wrestling an shit just be confedent and stuff.

*high fives* dude i had the same problem just keep talking to girls more and you'll be more confortable around them and you'll be able to understand the behavior to use around somebody you want to flirt with
