elbow bashing

is it normal to smash your elbow on a talbe as hard as you can? i know sum1 who does this but it doesn't hurt him, he also punches it and the other day his hand turned all blue. is it normal?

he shudnt slit his wrists. and also i do find it a bit weird that he wud do this to himself... is it coz he likes the feelin of wen his funny bone goes all fizzy... coz that is mor understandable. but if he jus dus it jus for no reason then yea it isnt rle normal

yeah man i don't know. it could be a form of self harm from repressed feelings or somthing he's trying to get over in life. or he could be seeking attention. its hard to say with stuff like that. good luck to ya in finding out wats goin on wit him

get him into thai boxing or muay thai because taht uses your elbows and it sometimes inflicts pain on your self to inflict massive damge and pain to another
