Getting Fat!!!! :O
well all of my life i have been really active and had a really healthy diet (iv had to, my moms a dietician!) but over the last 8 months i have gained like 20 pounds. the thing is i still exercise and eat the same amount. i never snack between meals and when i do it is mainly fruit and yoghurt and i exercise at least 90 minutes 6 days a week (sundays my day off lol) i am really concerned because i have always had quite a good toned body but now i jus feel so fat! has anyone got any ideas bout wot i can do????
Also work out a bit, muscle weighs more than fat
Also, eating 3 square meals a day is the easiest way to gain weight. I never have a huge meal, i just eat healthy through the day. Maybe a sandwich at 2, or some yogurt at 6. Nothing huge, but nothing small.
:) and i exercise for an hour or more everyday cept sunday.. but i eat like there is no tomorrow and im still HOTT AND beautiful, but not concited :) stfu
