Getting Fat!!!! :O
well all of my life i have been really active and had a really healthy diet (iv had to, my moms a dietician!) but over the last 8 months i have gained like 20 pounds. the thing is i still exercise and eat the same amount. i never snack between meals and when i do it is mainly fruit and yoghurt and i exercise at least 90 minutes 6 days a week (sundays my day off lol) i am really concerned because i have always had quite a good toned body but now i jus feel so fat! has anyone got any ideas bout wot i can do????

hmmm this is weird... it depends how old u r if u r like in the middle of puberty then it might just be ur body developing. i was a skinny rake jus like you until i was 14 and then i jus got these huge tits. u probz arent fat its probz jus ur body changin shape. its a gd thing rle if u think about it. i dint get no male attention until i got the boobs so it jus goes to show that not all men like shapeless girls.
how tall are you and how much do you weigh. and if your mum's a dieticina, ask her. What experience do we have?

Also work out a bit, muscle weighs more than fat
I think you judge yourself, saying "if im not this big, i need to lose more weight".

Also, eating 3 square meals a day is the easiest way to gain weight. I never have a huge meal, i just eat healthy through the day. Maybe a sandwich at 2, or some yogurt at 6. Nothing huge, but nothing small.
Have an abortion.

DUDE theirs no way u havent been eating more .... unless ur matabolism isnt working right ... which does happen to some people
ha ha thats how i am, but i havent gotten fat im only likr 105 lbs!!!
:) and i exercise for an hour or more everyday cept sunday.. but i eat like there is no tomorrow and im still HOTT AND beautiful, but not concited :) stfu

your metabolism is probably slowing down, usually if you have a very fast one whenever you are younger then it gets slower as you progress.
