Awesome touch screen. I love old-school games revisited too. So what I did was I purchased another battery (with a much longer life) and external charger to charge one battery while I was using the PSP, and by the time the battery I'm using is dead, the new one is charged, so it's just a matter of switching the batteries over. The PSP is a great unit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Not sure about the DS because I've never used one.
