ALL ABOUT ME ME ME ME ME
Hello this is all about ME! The most important person in the world! ME! YAY! Ok now that I got that off my chest. I have got issues and problemos. I suffer from general anxiety, this used to be so bad I'd throw up like every day cos I used to be bullied by this complete sociopath. Its better now. But I've started getting panic attacks whenever I have work due in. My dissertation makes me panic. I also get obsessive thoughts. I will watch something on TV and I will obsess and obsess like I'm going crazy. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me. I think I need therapy or maybe I should exercise but its so much effort. Also I don't eat properly. I only drink 3 protein shakes a day and an evening meal. Funnily enough the protein shakes give me all the vitamins and minerals I need. Still I probably need more calories than that cos I'm underweight. I really am a f**ked up little sh*t with a dissertation draft to hand in in 12 hours of which I have done f**k ALL! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I think ur a retard cuz if u stopped for just a second u'd realize, That I am the most important person in the world. Ok just thought u should know that.
Maybe you should focus your crazy pent up anxiety and concern (not to mention egotism, as the first few lines were filled with) and focus it on something external or maybe help other people instead of obsessing about yourself.

Wow,you sound exactly like someone I know. He fell very ill resently due to his eating habits. The only advice I can give is eat more and try not to worry about work cause stress can also nudge you in the direction of poor health. Also is you are stressed about your work the effects will come up within your work. Remember that the draft isn't your final peice so it doesn't have to be perfect.
get a dog. they are great stress and anxiety relievers and great companions. i would reccomend Labrador Rescuers.

Get a hold of your hormones....I can never understand how teenagers can be such aggrivating little pricks...when I was teenager, I never had a problem with hormones like people say...and it gets so aggrivating when I hear some stupid twit who cannot control himself...grow up. Who cares if you're bullied? Bully him back. I used to be bullied until I got fed up with his idiocy and punched him in the face.

Sigh...You have a solution, you want it all to go away, but you want the easy way out. There is no easy way out. Goto therapy. Go work out. Do something to get rid of the stress and it'll all go away.
