ok , every time i touched my testicles i get this ticklesh sense and sooon i get the feeling that they r going to go in, i have this problem ever since long time ago when i was washing them with shampoo! is it normal?

yes it does, in fact its quite normal, some people keep the little pockets they used to be in before they "fell"
