Im 17 years old. Im uncircumcised but my foreskin is perminantly back. if i pull it forward it will just roll back..
is this normal?

Uncircumcised penis have a "break" that makes the foreskin cover the gland. If yours don�t, you probably are circumcised, or just plain weird, but nothing to worry about.
