I am passive
I think I realise what a lot of my problem is. I do not make any effort to avoid or deal with negative stresses in my life or go out of my way to increase positive things in my life. I have spent most of my time just taking whatever the world gives me. I understand what are negative and why and what is positive and why but I do nothing about it. Like a ghost over my own body just watching unable to influence it. That is why I invariably become depressed because life does not owe you a thing and will treat like crap unless you make an effort and make it change.
Depressions are in our mind, IT depend of your will until where do you want support it and when do you want finnish with it and set to work in a creative matter.Go up not down, go ahead not to back. ALL DEPENDS OF YOU.-
feels a bit scary but kind of a relief.(dont get me wrong on this!)
a bit of advice: practice a sport..it REALLY helps..(even jogging once a week).
