ok.. im a guy age 17 and ive had my girlfriend for a long time now.. and we been doing the touchy touchy.. and ive gotten horny from it. and sometimes she sucks on my fingers and i get real hard.. It's just the anxiety that comes along with inexperience. You'll get over it if you can relax. The more you think about it the more it will happen. It usually only happens with girls you really like too so that kinda blows but it's only temporary.
