sweat hot day
okay so on a hot day is it normal to sweat a hell of a lot? I was wearing a black jumper inn the summer which may have been the cause i think but I was sweating alot uncomfortably

During hot weather, it is best to wear only 100% cotton clothing (never polyester or polyester blends) and to wear bright colors, white is best. Dark colors will absorb heat more than lighter colors.

Take a cool shower in the afternoon if possible and/or change your clothes to fresh ones. When I can dress casual, I wear colors white, bright yellow or red during the hot weather months, and only cotton material.

From your post I would take a wild guess you live in either Australia or South Africa as you must be below the equator to be experiencing hot weather at this time. I live in New York and it is frigid here. Wish I was wherever you reside.

It could be just about anywhere, I live in Idaho and Oregon, and I sweat uncomfortably from time to time.
