I do it too. I get extremely engrossed inwhat I'm doing and don't want to be bothered. I get grumpy when interrupted and have been known to scare a child or pet with my psychotic oubursts. No one seems to understand that I'm FUCKING BUSY...so what if it's not a very good show...I'M BUSY!!!

some people are nicer to strangers than they are to their own family. you're still young yet, you'll learn to appreciate them pretty soon i think.

im 20 and live in a dorm room . Im constantly surrounded by people whether talking or not talking,there is always someone within 10 feet of me (thankfully i have my own room!). Im the same way...more extreme even. I can go pretty extended amounts of time with being happy by myself. Just being around people constantly somewhere really gets to me. I go to a school of 25k students. I grew up in a smaller town so im not really use to being around thousands of people my own age. I think its perfectly normal (especially at this age) to be a little neurotic when it comes to social situations.

the same with me, my mom thinks im so rude and stuff because of the way i act at the house, but she never goes away when im trying to do stuff and get really pissed but im really nice to pretty much everybody even total strangers, (bubbly) whatever (: lol
