i have an older sister and we get along very well. i mean VERY well. she came home the other night and she came into my room and layed on my bed and we started kissing and getting into deeper stuff. all my friends say this isnt normal at all?

There is no law saying thou shalt not fuck thy sister. Especially if you yourself are female. If they were male and female there would be other issues, but it would still only be illegal if they were to get married. Otherwise, it is awkward and abnormal, but perfectly legal.
