I Wanna Be Able To Rave!

Ryt, this sounds sooo thick, but i wanty to be able to rave! Most of my friends can.. i like mcin and ravin and tht kinda stuff, but i relli wanna be able to do the rave Dance... ANY HELP? Thanksx
