I love my sister

My sister and me are 2 years apart and we have been having sex since we were in middle school, after she graduated high school she moved in with me to attend college, we have been here for about a year and none of our friends here know we are brother and sister we have been playing it off like she is my high school girl friend. I guess we never thought about it before but now she is pregnant and I dont know what to do, we love each other and we want to get married but our parents dont know and i dont know if the kid will be healthy. She wants to come out and tell everyone but im scared i just want to find a rock and hide under it. What should I do?

No dude these kids are in love, just because the baby is inbred doesnt mean it will have birth defects, its when inbreeding is done over many generations. Tell your parents they should respect you for it.

She should really get an abortion. I knew of a man in New Jersey, that raped all his daughters and had 2 children with one of them.
