Might be something temporary?

I have this buildup under the skin in my pubic area, and in the little openings puss will ooze out. Sometimes it's light and sometimes it's slightly darker.Around the area it is also tender. Is this temporary because i am worried and I hope it is.

I HAVE THE SAME THING! Thank god i'm not the only one! Exsact same thing. K I go to the doctor like 15 times and thats what they told me "a build up" and just to keep washing it. but it wont go away! its seriously a newsense and pissing me off cuz im a good looking guy. I've had this for like 2 years! It goes away but then it will come back out of nowhere. ITS NOT HERPES!
