Hotties, please clue me in...
What does it mean when girls flirt with a guy, gives you her number etc. and then "drops out". I've had several girls recently that flirt, "act"? like they wanna get together, and then "drift away" after a number is exchanged for no apparent reason.
What gives with this? Do girls do this to see how many guys they can get interested in them for self-esteem/cofidence?
Hotties, please clue me in. I shall know all the right moves etc. but always have this problem with girls/hotties flirting with me and that's the end of that.
Is this a "normal" thing with girls or what?

Well it could be several things.
You could be pysically unnatractive and they were flirting to be nice and to just have fun.
You may have not made enough of an impression on her.
She may have not found your personality to be sexy enough.

And alot of girls, myself included, take flirting as a more fun type of small talk, not a promise of wild sex or even correspondence.

Well, some girls enjoy flirting to see if they can get away with it. Some might just be nasty, and others might loose interest. Try to be a bit more flirty with girls, play with them, but dont do anything you think is going to far, and if yuo find that she satys in the picture, then try talking to her, about more than hotness, about feelings and stuff.
