I also disagree with others when they say that you don't know what love is. Maybe you don't really love this guy, but maybe you do. The problem is that, at your age, there's nothing you can (or should) be doing about that.

Maybe sometimes you would look out of the window and see the stars, or the moon and you might think of him. That doesn't mean you love him.

Discovering the mysteries of love is important, but like Omofi said - enjoy your childhood. Think of loving your parents, loving your brothers and sisters - don't take that for granted. It's the strongest love there is and can tell you more about love than a 16 year old boy can, or anyone here for that matter.

I totally disagree with every single one of these fools. They've obviously never been privlidge to fall in love. Love, is indeed, a very strong word. And I fell in love the first time when I was 14, with a 19yr old. I don't really have any advice for you. Maybe you should tell him. I mean, if you two are such good friends, it wouldn't matter, but then again, if he feels awkward, it could ruin your relationship with him, and his girlfriend.

How old are you now? id guess your 13 now.. im just wondering how things are between you and him and if life progressed a lot (it likely often does) some love at 11 lasts but not usually.
