Ok. I am not fat. I'm 5'7 and about 135lbs. but I eat so much and I'm at home constantally and honestly I am real lazy. I cant seem to stop eating and I cant seem to get off my ass to do anything. I need ideas to get me moving and motivated. How can I do that? Im constantally tired but I get enough sleep and I have a lot of stuff to do- that i dont mind doing but I dont have the energy. Any help?

Are you making healthy diet choices? If you eat properly you should have more energy than if you eat junk.
Get out to the house where you can't eat. Start a walking excersize program. The fresh air will do wonders for you. Also remove all the junk food from your house, then you can only eat healthy.

As Nodo_TheRanter said, get off your ass and do some excercising, excercising in bed included.
you are in a viscous cycle. You eat bad foods, and you dont move, which makes you lethargic, but you are too lethargic to be motivated so you eat bad foods and don't move.... etc.

You have to give yourself one big push and maybe things will start going again. Try eating healthy and excersizing for a couple of days, maybe that will get your systenm going again.

Play tennis. Drink loads of water (three litres a day). Sleep loads. Eat strawberries. Play football.

Tie a stick to ur back, make sure that stick is over ur head and u are able to hang sumthin on it.

Then hang a Chicken drumstick over it.
That should do it.
When you are brushing your teeth, go on your tippy-toes, then back, and repeat that until your done, everytime you brush your teeth. That will give you a little excersize, I suppose... for your calves, anyways (lower leg)
