period trouble

right..i started my period about 3/4 months ago and im going on holdiay soon..i really dont want to use tampons and dont like the idea of the mooncup thingy or watever its called when im swimming what pads should i use or do i have to use a tampon?

please help cause i really dont like talking to my mum or sister about it.

if you are going in the water use a tampon, but if you really dont want to use one then dont wear it and just dont go swimming or whatever. once i had to go into the water wearing a pad because my teacher wouldnt allow me to go and change and i had to go in the water with my clothes too. It felt really uncomfortable, so its really your choice.

Use a tampon. Pads will soak up the pool water and expand and show through your bathing suit.

yeah use a tampon they arent bad. whatever you do dont use a pad in the pool.
