The answer depends on whether you are the dry girl or the person sexing her up.
If you're the girl, then this other person might not be "doing it for you." Maybe you should get up, go out and find someone a bit more exciting to you!
If you're the person with the dry girl, you're probably boring her by now. Time for you to give her a break. Or give her the money you owe her and let her get back out on the street!
