While some people can't live without chatting on the phone daily, I find it annoying if someone is constantly phoning me. You should have some concern if a guy did not make any move whatsover to kiss you after four months, to me that is odd. It is not abnormal, but unusual, especially if he is attracted to you. He could just be very inexperienced or hesitant for some reason to initiate a kiss. Or, he could be gay, something I highly doubt but is always possible. Do not worry about what someone else is thinking, it will only drive you nuts. After four months you can ask him how he feels about you and likely he will be sincere or you will be able to get some feedback.
