Does anyone stand around doing normal things thinking "God I cant be arsed doing this, I feel miserable and want to just curl up in a ball". Like I was cooking the other day and stopped, sighed and thought "christ this is depressing". Hard to explain really. If Im feeling happy for no real reason Ill think "hey, I dont feel crap", reminding me of it, hence I then feel crap for a while. Maybe I need to sleep more, or eat a better diet, or go for jogs, or take up yoga, god knows.
