FAKE MUGGING A GIRL

Hey remember me, the guy who was infatuated with the girl I work with at the pizza place. Remember that half c*cked plan I had to have some guy fake mug this girl and have me jump in and look like a hero. Well, I DID NOT go through with it. I'm not gonna lie, I don't have the balls to attempt something like that. The idea was half a joke anyway. But this girl found out about my plan. Yeah and she told a lot of people. I have been asked about it and denied it vehemently. The good thing is people believe me, not her. Everyone thinks she is being immature and overreacting about the whole thing because she had went to our bosses and told them she didn't feel comfortable or safe working with me. Tomorrow though, I am going to talk to this girl and straighten things out. I've got a story I can play out. But she has been whining to people because she has heard that I have talked about how much I like her(when I did like her). Most people think she is being an immature baby and a b**ch. Anybody have any advice on what I should do? I know right now I'm in a bit of pickle, nah, it's more like a quagmire. Actually come to think of, it's really quite a quandary. HELP!
