Is It Normal?
What do you think?
I feel tired and burnt out.
I feel totally tired and burnt out lately, everything seems to be such an effort for me, its work, work and more work. The housework seems never ending and life seems to be getting harder. Does anyone else feel this way.

Yes, but I've got ME
Do something that relaxes you, like take a bath or eat a cookie. I am sure you know of ways to relax.
Glad Im not you.
Try some methamphetamine, I hear it chases the blues away!
Sounds like you are caught up in the daily monotonous routine that most of us suffer from. Many people suffer from burnout in their jobs. No matter how interesting or glorifying some work may seem, it becomes tedious after awhile and downright boring.

Set aside some time just for yourself each day. Find something you get pleasure from and do it. We all need something to look forward to. If there is no light at the end of the tunnel, life can seem dreary and even the smallest of tasks can seem like hardships to complete.
Have you had a vacation lately? If not schedule a mini vacation, a weekend or even a just a day away from your normal routine.
If you are like me you can indulge in twinkie eating, but I suspect you are actually looking for either a new hobby because you are bored witless, or you are looking for an affair, or you are depressed and need medication before you snap and end up shaving your head. Hope this helps.
It sounds like you may be in a rut.
Everyone gets in them.
Simply changing the order that you do things may make you feel better, or try to do somehting relazing like take a hot bath or try meditation, clearing your mind can make you feel refreshed.
A lot of the time I feel like my work is just piling up on me so I sit down on the floor and clear my head and take a few deep breathes.
Sometimes, just that moment of catching my breathe helps me.
Yes, I would try something new, like Anal for instance. Or extreme rubber suit bondage.
I agree with everyone else, you need to take some perosnal time to break up your schedual so you can enjoy life a little bit more.

Perhaps go out and hang out with some friends?
Oh man,
You and me both!
become an EMO and commit suicide.
