ok im 5'8 and 160lbs... my boyfriend keeps tellin me that im fat... i mean i do all i can to keep weight off, eat right, excersize daily, ect. i'm just bigger than all the other chicks... am i really fat????
your not fat, beat that fucking arsehole and then dump him then spread goss about him to all the girls you know and tell them to pass it on to all the peepz they know. and tell all your guy mates that hes fucking gay.
You aren't fat, you're average. You're boyfriend is buying into UNDER weight models that are used in advertising. He's a superficial asshole who needs a reality check. Get rid of him. He's being emotionally abusive.
6'5" and 140lbs? holy shit you must be emaciated. I'm 6'5" and pushing 200lbs, and I'm still pretty thin. To the original poster your boyfriend is an asshole and you should leave him before he does any more emotional damage to you.
Are you fat ? How are we to know ? Fat is not just a set of numbers, fat is a visual effect. Do you have a large round face ? Do you have a belly that creeps over your knickers and then, sometimes over your jeans ?
If so, bite the bullet and answer your own question honestly.
If you think you are fat (which is far more important than if your b/f thinks you are fat), then take your diet / exercise measures further by a meaningful step (no point otherwise) and see if it makes a difference.
I don't know if your diet and exercise are good or not - if they are sufficient (ie regular and taken relatively seriously) then thumbs up regardless ... your body is already benefitting from your hard work.
If you find yourself skipping exercise and slipping a few too many donuts into the diet, tighten it up and watch for changes.
Either way, your b/f needs a good slap. There isn't anyone in the world who should stand for a partner who repeatedly tells them they are fat.
Ultimatley, if you are simply a 'big lass', I wouldn't worry about it. In the sandwich toaster of humanity, God simply put a little more filling between your slices.
But either find a new b/f or get him to change his tune.
unless this is your only chance with a guy...say fuck off...cause no guy should say that to their gf.and clearly hes a lonner cause if he thinks your fat then he would have dumped u by now.so ure better than that shit face.
Good Luck!
