Weight Loss Tips
I'm a young woman. I would like 2 lose 50 pounds, I would really want 2 lose it by september. Is this possible? If so does anyone mind giving me some "useful" diet tips. Some tips that would make the weight come off quickly.
I'd suggest substituting all your beaverages for water. Even juices contain a lot of sugar which turns to fat if not burned off. Read lables on food and chose ones that don't have a lot of calories. Also, exercise, even if it is just a mile walk.
Good advice from silence. Drink 2 litres of bottled water each day. Sip it, don't guzzle it. This helps hydrate your body and curb your appetite.
Cut out all sweets.
Cut out all fried foods.
Cut back on carbohydrates, such as pasta and especially bread.
Eat very small portions.
Jog one mile every day. Begin by walking until you work your way into a slow jog. If the weather is an obstacle, exercise indoors for 20 minutes.
Eat one salad/day and do not add heavy dressings or too much meat. Use reduced fat dressing.
Eat 2-3 pieces of fruit/day.
A small bowl of oatmeal in the morning will give you energy and help stop hunger pains.
Take Vitamin C and/or a dail vitamin supplement when you diet. Have it with a meal.
50 pounds can be taken off in 6 months. That is roughly 2 pounds weigh loss per week. Remember, beginning is the toughest part, the weight will come off faster as time goes on.

dont put anything down your throat, trust me its not worth it, unless you want to be toothless and pale then trust me. If you have a dog, take it for a walk. Start slow at first, then add more time on. Bring a CD or MP3 player with you, listen to upbeat songs and walk. I've lost 70 LBS so far and its still coming off. Also watch what you eat. Try low fat foods and STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOOOOD!!
Depending on how big you are the weight will come of at different speeds. Dieting alone will not do ANYTHING. Honestly. To loose weight and remain in good health, you must have a sencible healthy eating diet program, not starvation though, they do not work and only end up making you ill. Eating sensibly and regulary is better than starving yourself.
Also, along with healthy eating you have to excersize, thats the only way. Without exercise eating the right things wont work on its own. You have to eat right and do regular exercise. Without one or the other, your just fighting a loosing battle.
usually what i do is just workout everyday..do crunches and exercise basically
i try to loose weight to and i have a certain eating plan i saty to dont eat anything fatning like chip or sodas
every once in a while its ok just get diet and caffine free and dont try to stick your finger down yout throat its not healthy!!!
walk every where under two miles.... so if your friend lives down the block, walk. When you are bored, and would be on the comp, tv, etc. Grab an mp3 if you have it, and walk for a half hour to an hour and a half every day.
Stop drinking soda, and more water, ar try V8 fusion strawberry banana, it doesnt taste as bad as you think.
Dont eat junk like chips, and eat six meals a day.... BUT take what you would normally load your sandwich with and put on half of everything especially dressings, and make sure you put lettuce, and if posible, a tomato.
If you want a snack, eat a granola bar, trail mix (no m&m s), carrots in ranch, a yougurt, and if you ate but are still hungry, walk, or eat white lettuce.
Seriously i dropped 40 lbs in a month and a half this way. If you can stick to it
