when will my voice crack and be all deep im 15 in a few months. and its not as if i have not hit pubity because i have small hairs on my d*** and i am able to jack off. so wen will my voice deepen

The voice changes last, you'll actually have pubic hair then, not the peach fuzz you speak of. Actually for me, I guess facial hair came last, but the voice change was second to last.

my voice deepend very gradually i hardly noticed so you may not notice right away either.

Uhh.. well, my voice started changing when I was in 8th grade. Took a couple weeks from start to finish..

when I was 15 my voice was deep.. and i was growing facial hairs.. so uhh.. i guess it's all in your genetics..

u have small pubic hairs? dude.. if ur soon 15 and have SMALL pubic hairs then don't expect to get a deep voice before ur like 17-18.
And the voice don't become deep in ONE day. it goes over time. U usually don't hear it before someone says something like: "gosh... your voice have changed". Avoid screaming and yelling.
That can ruin ur voice for ur entire life when you is in the voice shift.
