Running...

At school we have to run 3 km everyday and i always end up getting a runny nose! Same thing for when it gets to hot, i end up sneezing or getting a runny nose. Is this normal?

wish my school mades us run thats much. cus then i would be alot fitter! and the runny nose thing is perfectly normal, you probably have a slight sinus problem that cause's it or well thats the reason my nose drips as i exercise!

could just be the up/down jolting movement when your feet hit the ground that causes it
