I am 21 years old and I am supposed to be male.
My problem is that my penis is just 3 mm long. The last time a girl saw my penis she laughed, I felt very hurt.

If you are serious in this story, best thing is to approach a plastic surgeon and ask what alternatives you have to change your situation. A Penile implant would be cosmetic surgery IMO, and likely not covered by medical insurance. If not, save money to pay for an operation. A lot of people have undergone sex change operations in the past decade, so I would imagine the procedure would have improved a lot by now. They may even have organ transplants today. If they can do a facial transplant I'd think the penis can transplanted. Find out from a plastic surgeon what the deal is.

If that's true, you're penis is smaller than my wife's clit. Dude, maybe if you put some mint flavoring on it, color it green and can convince a mentally handicapped girl that it's a tic-tac, you might get one to give you a blow-job. Other than that, just stick with the magnifying glass and tweezers.
