teachers dont blame ppl of the top of there head, chances are you once DID talk during class and thats all the teacher needs to remember, just move to another seat if its that bad

I'm a language teacher and I have those in class who do the talking and the moving around. It happens to me that I turn around to write on the board and someone talks and I call out the names of the ones that usually do those things. I am wrong many times and I tell my students to forgive me. Your teacher should apologize...it's only fair if you really are innocent.

Kick her in the fucking head, with a steel toe boot, then shove chalk down her throat until she chokes to death. And then drag her across the hallways silently and shove her in a locker to get rid of evidence.

either move to a new seat if you really want to learn, talk to her about her picking on you, or go to class with tape on you mouth,and if she asks write a note saying ....i'm not the one talking..if you don't believe me..ill wear this so you know i cant talk.

Maby your voice is louder than you think -so even the quite convo's are over heard,i din realise how loud me and my freind were until people on the other side of the class were telling us to shut up-and that was at lunch not the lesson.

Tell you're teacher that shes a stupid fucking bitch. If she gives you some sort of slip for detention just rip it up and drop it on the floor. And don't serve the detention. Your school's personel cannot stop you from leaving. If they touch you, just pull away. They really aren't allowed to grab you, and if you try hard enough, you can make it so that the only way they can keep you there is by doing something illegal. I've actually done this. I was/am a good kid when it comes to behavior in class, but I had this one teacher who was a stupid cunt and also a real sexist. She only ever used to punish guys and she used to especially hate me for no reason. So I just completely defied her authority and backtalked the shit out of her, and nothing was every really done about it. Just remember, don't let dumbfucks like that ruin your life.

My teacher did that to me. I was sitting in the class and the girl next to me asked if she could see my workbook. I let her see it, then five minutes later my teacher came over to me and said that I was busted for cheating. I was like "?" but I really didn't know what was going on.

i have never had that problem cuz i have a very loud vioce that is unmistakable but many teachers (not all, but many) will just dislike someone for no reason, and give them bad grades and get them in trouble when they didnt do anything, and there is nothing you can do other than suck up and bear it because the administration always believes a teacher over a student

that happens.... my teacher in fourth grade saw someone throw a paper or something... and GRABBED ME BY THE EAR! and dragged me out of the room.... i called her a cunt, and ran out of the school, and hid in the woods until school let out to get my bag. she got fired promtly. for touching me, and losing me.
