Notify her parents as to what she is doing. If someone is harming themselves, you will be doing her a favor by informing someone who can help. If she is an adult, persuade her to get help, that is all you can do if she is an adult. Don't fall victim to what other people do to themselves by making any type of concession. You have the right to pick and choose any girl you desire. And, you are far better off not around a girl who has mental issues. Her cutting is likely only the tip of the iceberg, many more issues she likely has to deal with than just that.
